K. R. SAPKAL COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES

An Induction Programme for MBA I Year students was organized on 12th September 2026 to warmly welcome the newly admitted students and familiarize them with the academic and professional environment of the institution. The programme included a session on “Professional First Impression” by Ms. Sayali Saptarshi, followed by the welcome and felicitation of dignitaries and Heads of Institutes of Sapkal Knowledge Hub. The programme also included the felicitation of topper students and a welcome address by Dr. Aarti T. More, Director, KRSCMS.
The students received valuable guidance from Mr. Abhishek Patil, CEO of Topchi Craft Brewery, and Mrs. Bharati Kharkar, CEO of Pragati Elect India. Both speakers shared their personal business experiences, entrepreneurial journeys and practical insights with the students. They explained several new aspects of business, challenges faced in professional life, the importance of learning, confidence, adaptability and taking the right opportunities. Their interaction encouraged students to understand the realities of the business world and motivated them to develop the skills and attitude required to face the competitive corporate and professional environment. The programme further included guidance from Mr. Parag R. Sapkal, CEO, Sapkal Knowledge Hub, and Hon. CMD Sir, followed by a Syllabus and Examination Orientation session for the MBA I Year students.
