K. R. SAPKAL COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES

An industrial visit to Sahyadri Farms was organized for the students of K. R. Sapkal College of Management Studies (KRSCMS) on 18th September 2026. The visit was organized to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of a modern agricultural and food-processing organization. The visit helped students understand the connection between academic concepts and real-world industrial practices.
During the visit, students were introduced to the various operations and activities carried out at Sahyadri Farms. The students observed the processes involved in agricultural production, handling, processing, packaging, and other related operations. The visit provided valuable insights into farm management, food processing, quality management, and business operations. Students actively observed the functioning of the organization and gained practical knowledge about the agricultural business sector. The industrial visit was an informative and enriching learning experience that helped students understand the practical application of management concepts.
