K. R. SAPKAL COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES

A self-defense training session was conducted on 31st October 2025 under the Nirbhay Kanya Abhiyan at K. R. Sapkal College of Management Studies. The session was led by Mrs. Poonam Gughe, who trained the students on basic techniques of self-protection and staying alert in challenging situations. She demonstrated practical moves, safety strategies, and ways to respond confidently during emergencies. The session empowered the students with essential knowledge about personal safety.
